  Stopped by the store on my way out of town. Want planning on buying anything but the customer service was very friendly. Advised me of the deal they had that day. They answered all my questions about customization and how I can do it by ordering online. I ended up finding a really nice pair of sunglasses. Didn't do the deal but was very happy when I left with my new sunglasses.

  The oakley vault in castle rock colorado is staffed by some of the friendliest, a customer service agents. I have ran into in colorado. The store manager and her staff were absolutely incredible. And they need to be given a salary increase because they represent your store so well. I have encountered terrible customer service everywhere. I go and the oakley vault was the antithesis to that. I am going to go back and find out. If you guys have personally acknowledged their excellence as well as what an asset.They are to your company. Don
