  So frustrated with this store. Bought 4 shirts for my husband not sure if they were the right size as some items at Lululemon he wear a large and some he wears a medium. Bought them being told by the store employees I would be able to exchange for a different size if they did not fit him. Went to exchange them just now and they told me they no longer allow returns of any kind as of a week ago and that I’m stuck with these shirts in the wrong size that don’t fit him. The best they could do was offer me 25% off 3 items in their store so I could spend even more money there!!! NO! I can understand not accepting returns to give money back, but I will never understand not accepting a return for an exchange in size with unworn still tagged clothing.

  Rude staff. Was trying to exchange an item for a different color that I literally bought a day before and was refused. The girl at the register was not nice about it at all.

  I went down to the outlets because I had heard Vouri opened a store. They did and it’s not worth visiting. I saw Lululemon as I was headed out and stopped in. Incredible selection, Shannon was beyond helpful, and the prices were amazing. When I got home I added up the orig ticket prices and full retail (agreed no one pays that) was $596 my total was $203. 6 new shirts and 2 pair of joggers. Very happy!
