My mom and I were greeted with such positive energy, and it was truly infectious! They gave us such honest and helpful feedback on all the shoes we were trying on (i.e., how they looked on us, if we should size up or down, best use for the shoes, etc.). They were able to help us narrow down our many, many choices, and I felt so confident that we ended up with the right shoes for both fashion and comfort. Additionally, the deals at this outlet are INSANE - buy one get one half off on already extremely reduced prices plus additional discounts available for students, military, etc. I went in with minimal expectations and left with laughs, smiles, and SIX new pairs of amazing shoes! Easily a 10/10 experience thanks to Alayna and Madison!!!
