- KTKeith TFeb 1, 20264.0The only thing better than AE products is a good AE deal. Unfortunately this store is badly laid out making newbie shopping tough. Men's clearance jeans are in the ladies section. The fitting rooms have two entrances which the staff struggle to manage.
- RRrenata ruizDec 27, 20252.0i’m usually not the type of person to come up and do these kind of things, but i really think this should be brought up. I went in to AE not that long ago, the costumer service wasn’t as good but it’s the holidays so it is understandable. People were rude and disgusting. I bought a pair of jeans, and i didn’t notice at first but when i got home i noticed they were stained with blood. Mind you, i hadn’t even tried the jeans on so there was no way it could’ve been me + it looked like it had been sitting there for a really long time. I don’t know if people here just do that but it’s genuinely disgusting. I was honestly disgusted and mad because people at this place don’t check their stuff.

We asked many questions and he ran to the back to look for things as well as asking other associates if they knew where we could find a certain pair of jeans. He let us into the dressing room and checked us out! And he did it all with a smile and friendly attitude!
