I walked in feeling a little overwhelmed and honestly had no idea what to choose, but both of them stepped in right away and helped me without hesitation. They were incredibly friendly, patient, and made me feel so comfortable while I was trying to figure everything out. They completely turned my shopping experience around. What started as a stressful moment turned into a really enjoyable one because of them. I had never shopped at Windsor before, but I will definitely be coming back just because of how well I was treated. Laura and Alexis truly made all the difference.
- SGSalvador GaetaFeb 25, 20261.0I would not give this experience one star it was horrible my daughter was trying on a dress was told to stand in line because someone was there attending the dressing room (no one was there) after about 15 minutes of being unattended I went up to the staff to ask for a dressing room and was being ignored, finally the manager looked at me as if I were a bother so I asked if my daughter can get a room. The manager said someone will be there. As I proceeded to walk away she told her staff "no one tells me what to do." Mind you no one is telling her what to do we are simply asking for assistance. Horrible customer service I will never come back to this location.
