  I had such a great experience at Windsor and wanted to give a huge shoutout to Laura and Alexis. I walked in feeling a little overwhelmed and honestly had no idea what to choose, but both of them stepped in right away and helped me without hesitation. They were incredibly friendly, patient, and made me feel so comfortable while I was trying to figure everything out. They completely turned my shopping experience around. What started as a stressful moment turned into a really enjoyable one because of them. I had never shopped at Windsor before, but I will definitely be coming back just because of how well I was treated. Laura and Alexis truly made all the difference.

  I would not give this experience one star it was horrible my daughter was trying on a dress was told to stand in line because someone was there attending the dressing room (no one was there) after about 15 minutes of being unattended I went up to the staff to ask for a dressing room and was being ignored, finally the manager looked at me as if I were a bother so I asked if my daughter can get a room. The manager said someone will be there. As I proceeded to walk away she told her staff "no one tells me what to do." Mind you no one is telling her what to do we are simply asking for assistance. Horrible customer service I will never come back to this location.

  Very nice experience here. Asked the store manager if she could make an exception and hold a dress for a little longer than the regular ‘end of night’ policy, because my daughter was so indecisive. She was very understanding and super kind to do that for us!

  Do not go to this place! Horrible employees literally the worst service ever they are all snotty and nasty behavior I went to ask for a dressing room and got a rude response to just wait then the rest of the time getting looks from the employees. The employee name was JULES according to my receipt she’s was so rude didn’t even ask me anything while checking out then walked away before even giving me my receipt. she needs to be humbled and look in the mirror before judging anyone else.

  My shopping experience at Windsor was very poor. While shopping, there was a conflict that arose between the manager and an associate. I was very dissatisfied with how the manager, Jules, was treating her employee. She was using foul and harassing language telling her associate to “shut up”. It made me feel really uncomfortable as I’m pregnant. I thought things were going to escalate & I was scared for my safety. She kept telling her associate “shes pushing 30 with a child.” This is not somebody who should not be in management belittling a mother. I hope there are consequences for her actions.
