- ALAndria LenobleAug 1, 20251.0My husband and I walked in to this Oakley store this evening, found the exact pair of sunglasses we were looking for, waited to buy them…but the sales associate never even acknowledged us. He was young, had his friends in the store looking at something on the computer and whispering and laughing, and never even looked up. If he had just quickly said “I’ll be with you shortly”, we’d have waited longer, but he kept us out of sight and out of mind by never even looking up. He seemed to be the only one in the store. I felt like there should have been another employee somewhere? Maybe called up front from the back? It could’ve been a quick easy sale, but we ended up leaving.

Instead of being helpful, he had a rude attitude that made me feel unwelcome. It was frustrating trying to ask questions, only to be met with dismissive responses. Overall, I left the store feeling dissatisfied and undervalued as a customer. I hope they can improve their staff training to provide a better experience in the future.

- DDDragonfly5280Apr 21, 20175.0I went into the store to have the ear socks on my Flak Jackets replaced. For starters they were cheaper then they're available for on Amazon! While installing the ear sock, the frames were damaged. I did not notice this until after I had left the store. When I went back they replaced the frame with no questions asked. I was in the store for less than five minutes for them to fix my frames. They made it right!
