Oh wow, the sales person in jewelry immediately told me they cannot take this back because it’s broken. When I bought it they crammed it in this tiny box and it probably got broken right then. I had to really make a case to get a refund. Don’t know this sales lady’s name , rude, nasty, unprofessional, one of these must be her name. Been a customer for years, goodbye JC Penney, just lost another customer, that explains why your store is always empty. Go and talk down to someone else, not to me again!!!!!
