    My shopping experience today was so pleasant! Ran over on my lunch break to find a dress for a wedding this weekend and ended up finding a dress and a holiday sweater set, ...only to find out that sweaters were also but one get one free! So I grabbed two!!! The sale wasn't ringing up correctly to show the discount, but a sweet and super friendly young lady named Monica was incredibly helpful! She was patient and kind and smiling, even when the computer system wasn't working properly for the sale. What a great person to have on your staff! She figured it out for me and just made my day with her above and beyond customer service skills! Thanks for hiring great people like Monica!!!

    I am so glad to find that there's another JCPenney I can shop at! A little confused why there was only Spanish music playing. A mix would be okay but seriously, many of us were not Hispanic
