I was refused an exchange for a product that I purchased from this location a few weeks ago because I didn't have a receipt. It did not work for my needs. I was not given a receipt when I purchased the bag and I was not looking for a refund... Only looking for an exchange. I am local to Breck and will never shop in this store again. They stated that they could not exchange due to policy. It is bad business in my opinion.
