- SSSierra SFeb 28, 20251.0Awful customer service. I bought a $475 jacket from them, went home and tried it on with my ski pants and didn't like it. I brought the jacket back the following day with receipt and all tags still on it and they refused return saying it has been used. The jacket went from the store, home, and back to the store. Not used at all, tags still on, including the security ink tag they didn't remove upon my initial purchase. Now I'm $500 in the hole with a jacket I will never use. The employees were incredibly rude and weren't willing to work with me on anything. I recommend going literally anywhere else but here.
