- ENEli NewellOct 24, 20252.0I’m in this store right now and listening to the most ridiculous lecture from the manager to a rank and file employee about conduct while working retail. Doing this in front of customers is a huge turnoff and using the language “you have every right” to be certain quadrants of store (and therefore not in others) is very unsettling and frankly not compassionate management style. I hope the hourly employees are able to unionize because this feels like a nightmare mansplainy place to work. Will not be giving any money to an establishment with labor practices like the ones grotesquely on display the moment I walked into this store. New employees deserve to be empowered not lectured and dressed down.
