We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

- PPPriya PatelJan 18, 20261.0I was disappointed with the customer service during my visit. One of the items I selected was missing a tag, so the cashier asked me to grab another one with a tag. However, he knowingly gave me a different size than the original item. I didn’t realize this at the time since the color was the same, and I only found out once I got back home from my vacation. This was very frustrating and careless.

I decided to reward myself with a LULU outfit for recent weight loss and keeping up with 10k steps in CO while on vacation. My daughter shared the story with the sales woman as I was in the changing room. This was what I received upon check out. This blows away any competition for outstanding customer service. We made eye contact a few times and it was a very uncomfortable experience. I decided to leave and stayed out loud “I know you’re observing me and making me feel unwelcome”. She watched me after I left the store, from inside while, I was at the crosswalk. I’ve never had such a bad experience at lulu
