  Went to burton breck due to an issue with my board that I noticed on mountain in CO. They said they couldn't warranty it because it was too old (I had owned it for 1.5 years, well within Burton's 3 year warranty). So, I ended up buying a new deck because I had 4-5+ days left to ride, and was cheaper than renting and buying one on sale this summer. Got back to NYC, took my board into Burton there, and Burton NYC warrantied it and got me a replacement (thankfully, a different model than I bought in Breck, so i wasn't stuck with two of the same). So, I spent ~$740 that I didn't need to spend, pretty wild. Burton NYC couldn't simply refund me the money because Burton Breckenridge is not a corporate burton store, it's a licensed store. Them being a licensed store doesn't matter much if you're buying a new burton product, but apparently it does matter if you're trying to handle a warranty issue.

  In the two instances I was in a pinch needing replacement screws for burton bindings or channel screws for union bindings the Breckenridge Burton staff has been incredibly helpful! Both Alex and Ryan answered my questions, gave me all the hardware I needed, and mounted my bindings for me. Thank you guys for your help and reliability!!

  We had an amazing experience at the Burton store thanks to Leah! I went in with my bf and a friend to try on some step on boots. From the moment we walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and offered thoughtful recommendations without ever making us feel pressured. Leah really knows her stuff, she explained the differences between products clearly. What stood out most was her patience and positive attitude. She made the whole experience fun and stress-free. Customer service like this is hard to find, and Leah truly represents the best of the Burton brand. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her. Highly recommend asking for Leah if you visit the store!
