  I recently received a watch as a 30th birthday gift and had the absolute best experience thanks to Audrey and the staff at Walters & Hogsett. She went above and beyond for weeks—patiently walking me through every detail, answering all questions, and sharing her deep knowledge without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. She ultimately helped me find my dream watch and I couldn’t be happier. I felt welcomed from the moment I first walked in and can’t recommend this business enough. I look forward to doing more business with Audrey and the W&H team in the future!

  Sami is an incredible representation of all that is great about an AD that cares about her client. She was attentive, spent the right amount of time in helping me select the perfect Rolex, and showed me options that would all have been great. I felt welcomed and appreciated from the first step in the store. I’ll be a repeat customer for life.

  I had such a great experience at Walters & Hogsett while working with Audrey. I came in looking for my first Rolex and wanted it to be something truly special. Audrey immediately understood my taste on a very intuitive level and guided me toward a piece I fell in love with instantly. My Daytona turned out to be the perfect first watch for me. The entire experience felt very thoughtful. Audrey is incredibly attentive, warm, and really listens. I ended up coming back for another Rolex purchase with her, and it was just as enjoyable the second time around, and I look forward to finding the next one with her.

  We had the BEST experience! My husband got my engagement ring here, and he relayed to me how comfortable he felt from start to finish, not to mention that the end product was perfection and everything we had both hoped for. Then, we decided to get custom wedding bands through W&H as well! Through the entire process we were working with Laura, who is SO lovely, she truly made our experience as amazing as it was. Our wedding bands turned out absolutely stunning. Not only are they beautiful, but Laura worked with our incredibly chaotic schedules to get the rings done exactly when we needed them. The process was seamless, they worked with our time constraints, and they delivered an extremely high-quality product. I’m so thankful that we chose W&H and Laura. We will be lifelong partners with this company. Highly recommend!

  I had the most incredible experience at Walters and Hogsett last week, working with Sami. I went in looking for a necklace and earrings for my son‘s wedding. I wasn’t sure what I would find, but I had an idea what I was looking for and actually I’m pretty particular in terms of what I like and don’t like. Sami was so patient with me and never made me feel pressured or tried to upsell me. She listened to my feedback and patiently took me case by case through the store and let me try on anything that appealed to me. It took almost 2 hours, but I ended up finding the most perfect necklace and earrings, and on top of that I purchased a bracelet that I’m crazy about. I normally have a little buyers remorse when I leave the store but not this time. She helped me find the right pieces at the right price and I am super excited to wear them. I plan on working with Sami anytime I need a piece of jewelry and I would recommend her to anybody looking for something for themselves or for a gift
