  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn’t be more pleased with the outstanding job done by Midtown Chimney Sweeps. From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, organized, and truly customer-focused. Jody and Christopher were absolutely exceptional. They were prompt, punctual, and extremely professional—while also being personable and easy to communicate with. From the moment they arrived, they treated my home and personal space with complete respect. Before any work began, they carefully prepped the area, covering floors, rugs, furniture, and the entire workspace to ensure everything was fully protected. Their attention to cleanliness and detail immediately gave me confidence. The project took place over two days, and throughout that time they remained focused, diligent, and hardworking. They kept me informed every step of the way, clearly explaining what they were doing and what to expect next. Their proactive, customer-first communication style made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I always felt up to date and fully aware of the work being performed. Even though chimney cleaning and repair can naturally involve dust, noise, and odors, Jody and Christopher went above and beyond to be as minimally intrusive as possible while still working efficiently and effectively. They created a work environment that felt organized and controlled, and I was completely comfortable having them in my home. In fact, I felt at ease stepping away and going about my day with total peace of mind, knowing the job was in capable hands. When the project was completed, they didn’t just pack up and leave—they carefully cleaned, vacuumed, and ensured everything was left spotless. The repair and cleaning were done to an exceptional standard, and the finished product exceeded my expectations.
