  I had the most incredible experience at Walters and Hogsett last week, working with Sami. I went in looking for a necklace and earrings for my son‘s wedding. I wasn’t sure what I would find, but I had an idea what I was looking for and actually I’m pretty particular in terms of what I like and don’t like. Sami was so patient with me and never made me feel pressured or tried to upsell me. She listened to my feedback and patiently took me case by case through the store and let me try on anything that appealed to me. It took almost 2 hours, but I ended up finding the most perfect necklace and earrings, and on top of that I purchased a bracelet that I’m crazy about. I normally have a little buyers remorse when I leave the store but not this time. She helped me find the right pieces at the right price and I am super excited to wear them. I plan on working with Sami anytime I need a piece of jewelry and I would recommend her to anybody looking for something for themselves or for a gift

Hillary, Emily and their colleagues at W&H were an excellent team providing seamless communication throughout our entire process. We are absolutely thrilled with our new pieces and look forward to returning in the future!

  Absolutely amazing experience at Walters & Hogsett! I recently picked up a watch from them and couldn’t be more excited. Miranda was incredibly kind and wonderful to work with throughout the process. She made the whole experience feel really special and memorable. Truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer my questions, which made my first purchase comfortable and easy (thank you Peter).
