Earlier I had discovered my suit coat needed a minor repair. Despite being busy, she was gracious to perform the repair. By the time I finished shopping she had expertly completed the job. Ms. Phung’s attitude and skills exemplify Nordstrom’s long-standing reputation for outstanding customer care…thank you, Ms.Phung!

- JFJ. FSep 14, 20251.0When it first opened was well stocked, well staffed and clean. Now it's jumbled mess with A LOT of open floor space and empty cosmetic shelves. Never anyone on the floor to help or unlock the multitude of stock that has been locked up. The inventory caters to CU students and little else. I get it, they have a huge Boulder presence, bot other people live in Boulder as well that would like to be able to shop there. The Belmar and Thornton locations are stocked with a larger variety of products and don't resemble a bit nicer version of Ross. They also offer better parking but unfortunately our almost an hour away if not more so not really a viable option for regular shopping.
