While it’s great to have this location nearby, the staff was incredibly rude and didn’t seem to care much about customer service road. If you're looking for a better experience, I’d recommend heading to either the Flatirons Mall or Orchard Parkway locations instead. The drive is totally worth it for the better support and friendlier atmosphere. Hopefully, the staff here improves in the future and takes more bias training.
