  Steven is the best! He was patient and knowledgeable! I left there super happy with my 2 pairs of glasses!! I always come back to Steven where ever he is! Great person and over all a great experience!!

  I hate to put down any business but from other reviews it seems like this is a trend with this place where there is just nobody in the store and its just not open a majority of the time. I had a pair of shades i was having shipped to the store so i can pick them up in store; well when the ups driver arrived apparently the store was not open and the delivery was not completed. I had to pay extra money to reroute my package to a UPS store because I couldnt count on anyone being there to receive the package. I was also hoping to pick of a second pair of sunglasses while i was in the store but unfortunately ill probably have to take my business elsewhere. Avoid any sort of online transactions involving this location because you’ll probably have to jump through hoops to get your items. If you guys are having staffing issues, a little more transparency when responding to reviews is more than enough communication, rather than copy pasting a useless link. People understand stuff happens, but you gotta let people know.

  Update 3: How is no one here ever. This is absurd. Went to pick up my order at 630 pm. Doors locked lights off. No one present. I feel like it’s a basic rule to be open during business hours, but maybe I’m being unrealistic. Spent a lot of money just what I paid for. Wouldn’t have drove here if I’d known it wouldn’t be anyone at the store. Wasted my time and money, but you got yours,hardly fair. Update: Just so everyone is aware as you see they quickly responded to the review with a link. I went to the link took the time to fill it out and it won’t send and goes to error page. Just another company pretending to care keeping you trapped in a loop with no actual help in any direction.
