  I swear it's really hard to get any assistance at this location. There are never any sales people at the jewelry/cosmetic counters and if there are they never seem to want to help. Hardly any staff on the sales floor either. I ended up going to the mall where I was able to get some assistance for a jewelry purchase.

  This is a nice store, but staff are unaware of coupon and sales prices. I attempted to make a purchase today and was told the items would be at full price (50% more) unless I use a store credit card. I decided not to make the purchase, because that seemed unlikely and because I did not want to open a credit card. Upon returning home and researching the cost of the items on line, it turns out that everything I wanted to buy is in fact on sale and would have been discounted at 50% off no matter how I chose to pay, due to a coupon. It did seem odd to me that the sales person would not honor the sales price, but I don’t like to argue or cause difficulties so I left. it’s easier to go elsewhere - many other retailers are happy to honor their sale prices. I know JC Penney has struggled financially in recent years and it’s shame. Their staff is certainly not helping by creating artificial barriers to making a purchase!

  Taniesha at JCPenney Portraits was AMAZING! She was so patient, kind, and professional during my daughter’s photo session. She made the experience fun and stress-free and captured such beautiful pictures. Her energy was so positive, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. JCPenney is lucky to have her she definitely deserves a raise! I will absolutely be back and requesting her again. Thank you, Taniesha! ✨💕

  This store is packed with options for all ages, groups, and home needs. The prices are quite reasonable considering the quality of the items on display. However, the only downside is the lack of organization; the layout feels a bit chaotic, and the lighting is quite dim. If they improved the lighting and tidied up the aisles, it would be a much better shopping experience.

  Unprofessional worker. Essentially said we changed the price tag to a lower price. When she questioned my wife and daughter about the changed price tag, I tried to show the worker its real and even tried removing it in-front of her. You can see the uploaded picture where i tried showing the worker its real by peeling it off, which i was unable to do without ruining the tag. Check the dates on the tags. It was marked down 1/5/26, then to 2/23/26. It didn't ring up $14.80 but $22.19. I know its not a big difference, however no JCpenny worker will question the integrity of my family.
