Then after asking him to get the currect size and shoe's he immediately started helping everyone else. To add didn't come back with our shoe's. As we walked out he says "Sorry it got busy"??? It doesn't matter if it got busy, you must help the current customer not everyone else because you made a PPA attempt to to find the shoe's requested. Lost 4 sales today. If this is the way the store is ran this definitely will be my last visit.
