  I am currently in store. I am being helped by Denika. Donna also helped me. They are both so busy but treat every customer so gracefully and with respect. I had an issue with an online order, she stated and has been helping me for over 20 minutes while continuing to help others. Not once did she treat me bad. I always shop for jewelry at JCPenney online but now on I will come visit the southlands JCPenney and visit these very welcoming ladies. I am so thankful! 10/10 they will brighten your day ❤️

  No employees to ask questions, layout of the store wasn't great, and they had very little in terms of clothing overweight men.

  As others have said, this store likes to scam people. Product signs were up for 40% off women’s clothes. Cashier did not honor that discount and was extremely rude and pushy about getting a credit card. After saying no 5 times, she finally completed the transaction without the 40% off. Come to find out the Mystery sale was happening but she was only honoring it if you got a credit card. She would not take my JCPenney phone number to help lower the cost. My same purchase was $30 cheaper if I bought online. I will not be returning to this store.

  Terrible customer service. I purchased a ring a year ago and the diamond fell out (poor quality), had the life time warranty- took a month to get back, diamond fell out day 1 of having it back. So again came back to JCP to send it off. The lady couldn't find my account even with receipt and warranty number. She asked a cashier to help us but the cashier said trade with me so I can and the jewelry lady proceeded to do every else, except go trade, associates asked if we needed help, we said Yes and they literally walked away. Finally after telling the jewelry lady a third time she went to trade with cashier. Cashier could not help me either, so 45min there, no help. She said that she can't do anything but to come back when Lyndsey is there...we will try again later to fix my wedding ring, something so precious to me and they could be so careless is sad. Praying Lyndsey is able to help.
