  I completed an online order for arrangements to be delivered on February 12th. The day of delivery I'm being told certain fruit are not available and I expressed "Ok, that's fine, whatever fruit thats still available, is ok".... but then she says, "Also, because its for Valentines Day, you'll be billed an EXTRA $20 (minimum), because NOTHING in the store is the price you paid when completing the order (yesterday) " (on February 11th - ONE day ago) or to change the delivery date to Monday (the 16th) .... With the bills and shopping I've done these past few days, I didn't have the extra money they were trying to bill me for - and with the 12th being a special day for us, the 16th would've been way too late for that delivery.... Instead of being accommodated for the website not being updated in time, I was offered delivery on the 16th or to cancel my order ..... That will certainly be my last time ordering from there - that was ridiculous .

  4:47pm & this place was closed. Lights off & all. Google maps says they close at 5:00 o' clock. I guess employees here do as they please. I'll take my business elsewhere. 👎

  Was a last minute gift, thankfully was there an hour after opening. Marisol helped us to pick one out. We are very grateful that she told us she can make it same day and in 20 minutes tops. She made one very happy customer and an unforgettable birthday! Thank you so much again for exceeding expectations Marisol!

  I know it says container may vary, but the container sent was really pathetic! I do not intend for that to sound mean, but it was nowhere near what I ordered. I honestly would never have ordered if I would have known that was an option. That's my first issue, and it is enough to never order from your company again. Secondly, the fruit was almost tasteless, not sure if bad batch, or what, but it didn't come close to "wow." More like, oops, got some bad Walmart quality. Lastly, the note/card/message to be included, wasn't. I hate having to write this, but it was a half dozen barely dipped strawberries, tasteless (thinking the 2 pieces were near the end of the pineapple, slices, and 3 grapes, in a no where near worthy "vase" for over $80. On top of that were the friends getting to tell me they told me so. I will be posting this review everywhere I can find until I get some sort of measure of response/make right effort. You guys really let me down!
