  Really disappointed with my order. I placed it three days in advance for a Triple Delight box (10 items, balloon, and a personalized note), but only 6 chocolate strawberries showed up and the note was poorly written. When I called, they blamed the delivery driver. They resent the food items but still forgot the balloon. I asked for a refund two weeks ago and never got a response. For how expensive this is, the service and quality were unacceptable.

  I completed an online order for arrangements to be delivered on February 12th. The day of delivery I'm being told certain fruit are not available and I expressed "Ok, that's fine, whatever fruit thats still available, is ok".... but then she says, "Also, because its for Valentines Day, you'll be billed an EXTRA $20 (minimum), because NOTHING in the store is the price you paid when completing the order (yesterday) " (on February 11th - ONE day ago) or to change the delivery date to Monday (the 16th) .... With the bills and shopping I've done these past few days, I didn't have the extra money they were trying to bill me for - and with the 12th being a special day for us, the 16th would've been way too late for that delivery.... Instead of being accommodated for the website not being updated in time, I was offered delivery on the 16th or to cancel my order ..... That will certainly be my last time ordering from there - that was ridiculous .

  Wow. My mother retired today and asked specifically for an arrangement for her farewell party at work. I shelled out $200 for a big party bouquet online only to be called the next morning and told that they only have mothers day things right now. Could you imagine a florist pulling that? Sorry about your funeral, how about a lovely mothers day arrangement? Insane. But... she wanted one. . so I got her a mothers day bouquet. They were going to make a note to the driver to remove the "mothers day" chocolate. Well. Guess who didn't even get that delivery. And no...I didn't even get notice. Mom had to ask about why she didn't get a bouquet. I'm in tears. Thanks for ruining a once in a lifetime celebration. NEVER AGAIN.

  I spent over $80.00 for my daughters birthday from the Tower location store and it is after 2p and she still does not have her delivery. Damn she will be 38 before she gets her fruit.
