  I had an absolute pleasure working with Jadir at Van Cleef & Arpels. What truly stood out was not just the service, but the experience of understanding the brand’s rich history, culture, and philosophy through him. Jadir took the time to walk me through what makes the maison so special—its heritage, craftsmanship, and meaning behind each piece. It didn’t feel like a typical purchase; it felt like I was learning and connecting with the story behind the jewelry. His passion for the brand and genuine care for helping me find the right piece made all the difference. I could have made this purchase anywhere—Paris, Chicago, or any other boutique—but buying from Jadir at the Aspen location made it far more meaningful. It’s something I’ll always remember, not just for the piece itself, but for the experience and connection that came with it. A huge thank you to Jadir for his time, knowledge, and dedication.   Walked in to try out the bracelets, Rosie who helped me was very helpful and friendly! Knowing me just trying out and haven't decided what I want, she just gave me opinions and looots of big smiles!

  I never write reviews. But Rosie who helped my girlfriend and I was honestly the most thoughtful, caring and helpful associate I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Realize first I’m a man so subtly picking up on my gf wanting gifts is not my strong suit. We left without a bracelet she clearly wanted. After some deep thought and a glass of tequila I texted Rosie and told her I needed to get this bracelet asap. But I’d be leaving Aspen prior to them opening. She literally went to the store early the next morning, gifted it all up and delivered it as a surprise during our breakfast in downtown Aspen (a half hour before they even opened). When she came in and walked over my girlfriend immediately started crying. Rosie made her day and honestly was the best person about all of it. A++++++
