  My experience at the Ralph Lauren store was extremely disappointing and far below what I would expect from a high-end brand. When I first walked in, no one greeted me or offered assistance. The return process was even worse. I had to call the store multiple times just to initiate a return — the first time I was told only a specific sales associate could process it and that I would receive a call back, which never happened. I called again and was given the same message, with no follow-up. On my third attempt, someone finally sent me a return label. After I mailed the items, I received no communication for five days. When I called yet again, I was told they were “waiting for my call” and that one item could not be returned — yet no one had bothered to contact me by phone or email to inform me. I was then told they couldn’t send that item back for two more days. On that day, I received a call to process the refund, but the call was cut off mid-conversation. When I tried calling back multiple times, I eventually reached the same associate, who said they had been busy and were going to get back to me. Overall, the store operates like a low-tier independent shop rather than a luxury retailer. There is no convenient online return option and items cannot be returned at other Ralph Lauren locations, making the entire experience unnecessarily frustrating and unprofessional.

  The entire staff was extremely rude and would not even acknowledge us or say hello. Awful shopping experience. We left and did not buy anything because of the negative demeanor. We went in Friday morning 1/9/26 at opening. Do better!

  The store was really cute and styled really good for the holidays. I actually loved it a lot but the staff wasn’t the nicest. I came in with my friend and nobody really greeted us and I could tell they maybe didn’t treat us the same way as they treated their older customers. It was just upsetting because I am younger and was wanting to maybe get something special to take home. Love the brand still but was a little bit disheartened.
