Did a day trip to aspen to do some luxury shopping and had such a lovely experience. The associate Nataliia was so helpful and knowledgeable about the brand, she made me feel very welcomed and even offered me champagne, the store was beautiful as well. Overall I had a wonderful experience thanks to her. I would absolutely visit again when I come back to aspen.

Buyer beware, my wife and I purchased a pair of sunglasses last Saturday, September 24, 2022 we returned home to ask our optometrist about making Rx lenses which we were told they could not be done because of the style. We live out of town so I immediately called about returning them, I was shocked to find out eye-ware is not returnable or exchangeable, final sale. There is nothing anywhere in that store to indicate that nor did the salesperson inform us of this policy. We have shopped and purchased at Dior around the world, that has ended.
