  Disappointing experience overall. The staff were rude and unapproachable, with clear attitude and negative body language toward what appeared to be new employees. As a customer, it’s uncomfortable to witness and reflects poorly on the store. For a brand that positions itself as luxury and premium, the level of customer service did not meet expectations. I won’t be returning to this location and am looking forward to the Alo opening in Vail instead.

  Staff were frustrating to work with. Forgot to ring us up for something and then we called and asked them to put it on hold. Went the next day to purchase and they had sold it to someone else.

  Not unique to the Aspen location, but the staff here were not particularly helpful or welcoming. It made the experience feel a bit cold and uninviting, which was disappointing given the expectations for this brand.
