- DHDamir HrenDec 28, 20211.02 Paar Schuhen und 2 Paar Socken bei Tod`s am 11. Dezember 2021 gekauft. Von diesen 4 Sachen nach 2 Wochen musste ich leider 2 Artikel retour geben. Bei der Schuhen hat sich Oberteil gelöst ( 650 fr !! ) und bei den Socken Naht gelöst. Im Geschäft wurde mir gesagt man muss zuerst mit "Italien" sprechen und dann entscheiden. In dieser Preisklasse absolutes "no go". Jetzt warte ich auf "Italien" Entscheid ob Gutschein, Reparatur oder etwas drittes. Zur Zeit kein Umtausch möglich weil Nummer 44 ( auch keine Socken) im Geschäft ( Bahnhofstrasse Zürich ! ) nicht am Lager ist. Das kann ich einfach mit viel Gutgläubigkeit nicht annehmen. Etwas Arroganz unterschwellig im Umgang spürbar. Bin sehr enttäuscht von Qualität und Umgang mit mir als Kunde. In der Zukunft würde ich Tod`s in Bahnhofstrasse Zürich eher nicht empfehlen.
