- NTNiki TesarJul 20, 20231.0Very bad customer service for such expensive store. I gave shoes for repair they’ve sent it to Italy and I never saw them again they’ve chosen to give me a voucher in the store for a smaller value of my shoes and this without asking the customer!! I am not happy at all I could have my shoes repaired in Zurich Really avoid this store with such poor customer service it is tooooo expensive and bad
