  Ich habe meine Uhr bei Bucherer in Zürich gekauft und bin mit dem gesamten Erlebnis äusserst zufrieden. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die hervorragende Betreuung durch Iris Pedolin. Vom ersten Beratungsgespräch bis zur finalen Kaufentscheidung hat sie mich kompetent, freundlich und mit viel Geduld begleitet. Sie hat sich die Zeit genommen, auf meine Wünsche und Fragen einzugehen, ohne dabei jemals aufdringlich zu wirken. Dank ihrer fachkundigen Beratung konnte ich verschiedene Modelle in Ruhe vergleichen und habe mich schliesslich für die Uhr entschieden, die wirklich zu mir passt. Genau so stellt man sich eine hochwertige Beratung beim Kauf einer besonderen Uhr vor. Der Service bei Bucherer Zürich war während des gesamten Prozesses erstklassig, professionell und sehr angenehm.   Was finally able to procure my first Rolex yesterday, with the guidance and expertise of Adrian and Nadja. I was initially assisted by the Adrian, and I can only say I must have been lucky to have crossed paths with him on the day. Adrian was incredibly personable and attentive to what I was looking for. He’s very clearly an expert in his field. When I finally got notice to go and collect the watch I was met by both Adrian and Nadja. They both maintain an atmosphere that is relaxed, very friendly, yet professional, and I’m very grateful for their assistance. The entire operation at Bucherer is ‘a very well oiled machine’ (not just the watch), and going up to enjoy the facilities of the Rolex lounge to make the purchase is an experience itself. What I also love about this part of the world, both times I’ve visited the store, there’s been a dog or two walking around the ground floor with their owners, after living in Dubai for a couple of years, this really stands out to me and I absolutely love it. To anyone thinking of getting a Rolex, do yourself a favor and make sure you consider Bucherer Bahnhofstrasse before anything else. Dankeschön Adrian, Tawdii Nadja :)

  Very professional and friendly stuff even though the sale person was 16 years old. They took their time to show me the watch I’m interested in and help me register my interest. I like that they prioritise locals this is very refreshing in comparison with other dealers. I look forward to my next visit when the watch arrives hopefully some time soon.

  Ich hatte heute einen sehr netten Aufenthalt in der Rolex Boutique. Herr Jan Ullah hat mich gut beraten und mir verschiedene CPO- und Ausstellungsmodelle gezeigt, darunter Stahl-Sportmodelle und eine GMT-Master II in Vollgold. Das Gespräch war sehr angenehm, und für einen Lehrling bringt er schon einiges an Erfahrung und Kompetenz mit. Zudem hatte ich einen guten Austausch mit Frau Cui Zimmermann über meine Wunschliste, bei der ich auch die Land-Dweller anprobieren durfte. Sie hat meine Fragen sehr professionell und mit solidem Fachwissen beantwortet. Beide Verkaufsberater waren sehr freundlich und der Service hat einfach gestimmt. Die Uhren real anlegen zu können, hat eine schöne Note und hilft dabei, sich die zukünftige Sammlung besser vorzustellen. Ich freue mich, dass ich nun für meine zwei Favoriten auf der Liste stehe, und schaue gerne wieder vorbei, wenn die neue Yacht-Master II da ist.
