  I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Beyer was truly exceptional and deserves to be shared. During my first visit, I expressed my interest in purchasing a Rolex watch. Ms. Regula Wolf took the time to patiently answer all my questions and provided expert guidance throughout our conversation. Her knowledge and attentiveness were remarkable. When we returned to the shop, our Rolex was ready and waiting for us. Ms. Wolf ensured that every detail of our experience was perfect, from the initial consultation to the final purchase. This has been the best buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Beyer and Ms. Regula Wolf to anyone considering a luxury watch purchase.

  I called this shop to express my interest in a Rolex. I told them the model and they suggested I passed by the store to register my interest. Come next week I visit the store to register and I was greeted by the door telling me that the shop will close by the bed of the year. I said ok I want to check the watch and register my interest. The lady that brought the watch for me to try basically told me go to another dealer we are closing and have a lot of people in the list for that model. Very unprofessional and contrasting between phone and in person. I guess they will only sell to tourists the highest end of models and don’t care about locals. Don’t bother visiting.

  Very arrogant and pretentious lady unprofessional that works in the reception for the watchmaker. At first she couldn't explain why the watchmaker cannot help me, she just told me to watch is bad and we need to do a big service, she couldn't elaborate and explain more but the watchmaker explained for me in detail. Anyway - For the lady - learn some English and learn some nice manners. And overall, it's very pretentious and very arrogant vibe in there.

  시계 판매점 안에 있는 작은 박물관이라 처음에는 가볍게 둘러보는 정도로 생각하고 방문했습니다. 하지만 그 생각은 완전히 틀렸습니다. 규모는 작지만, 고대부터 근대까지 이어지는 시계의 역사와 기술이 밀도 있게 전시되어 있어 예상보다 훨씬 깊이 있는 경험을 할 수 있었습니다. 특히 실제로 작동 중인 시계들을 직접 볼 수 있다는 점이 인상적이었고, 단순한 전시를 넘어 ‘시간의 흐름’을 체감하는 공간처럼 느껴졌습니다. 다시 이곳을 방문하게 된다면, 이번보다 더 여유 있게 머물며 하나하나 천천히 보고 싶은 곳입니다.
