As a new customer, you're greeted unfriendly right at the door, and the sales conversation feels more like a job interview. An absolute waste of time. This has nothing to do with a luxury experience.

Sono stato in fila fino a mezzogiorno ..... e dopo che la fila e andata via , li hanno messo in vendita alle ore 14.30!!! Seit 3 Wochen wird mit uns gespielt, wir wissen nicht wann und was kommt, als die msnchenmengen abnahmen, gaben sie uhren raus um die wieder aufzubauen... wenn da sich nicht ändert kommen die nächsten 10 in 30 minuten, danke.

Sono stato a fare la fila tutta la note per prendere i Royal pop a Zurigo in Swatch in Bahnhofstrasse e quando hanno aperto e venuta la signora a dirci che non sono arrivati e che bisogna aspettare davanti al negozio tutto il giorno perché non sa quando li arrivano!!!!! E questo e successo tutta la settimana! E successo che sono stati in fila tutta la notte fino a mezzogiorno. E la signora appena a visto che non c'è più la fila. Li hanno venduti alle ore 14.00
