I had an excellent experience on April 30, 2026, thanks to Agnieska F., who was exceptionally kind, professional, and supportive throughout my visit.
I brought in two rings for repair—both very meaningful gifts from my husband—and arrived shortly before closing time after traveling from work in the Basel area. Despite the late hour, Agnieska took her time to carefully explain the repair process and never once made me feel rushed. She handled everything with patience and attention to detail, registering each ring thoroughly. I also decided to leave my wedding band for polishing.
By the time everything was completed, it was already around 18:30, yet Agnieska maintained her warm and professional demeanor. While we were waiting for the receipt to print, her line manager informed her (in German) that I would receive the documentation on Saturday, as the following day (May 1) was a public holiday and it was clear she wanted to close the store.
While I fully understood the situation and appreciated that the team was ready to close for the day, I did feel a bit unsettled leaving without immediate written confirmation—especially given the sentimental and financial value of the items. However, Agnieska handled this beautifully. She took the initiative to write down the details of the three rings by hand, provided her personal contact number, and reassured me that I could reach out if I had any questions. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out and made me feel at ease.
I am very grateful for Agnieska’s outstanding service and dedication. My only disappointment was in how the situation was communicated by the line manager, which felt somewhat impersonal and could have been handled with more directness and warmth.
Overall, I would gladly give a 5-star review for Agnieska’s service, as she went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. But her line manager's attitude reduced my experience at this store.
