  This is a review for an order placed on ralphlauren.ch Order was supposed to be delivered on September 22. As there was no dispatch email, I contacted the Swiss customer service by email. Till today, no reply. I then called the customer service number on the 21st. They PROMISED the parcel would be with me on the 22nd. Today is the 24th and I still have nothing. There is no working tracking number, nothing. I had to again call customer service and they cannot even provide me with an active tracking number. Their only comment is “ However, the latest update confirms that your parcel is currently progressing through the delivery network”. Cannot recommend and the brand experience has nothing to do with the brands positioning. Shame on you.

  I hope it closes as soon as it opened up. Worst service in entire Zurich, no greeting, no friendliness, simply not worth visiting. Having lived in the U.S., I have to say it is a shame how they sell the brand in Zurich. Awful.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Incredible coffee in a stunning, chic atmosphere! The space is a dream, but the wonderful customer service from Joseph made it even better. He was super polite and made sure we had a great time.He took his time to design my coffee with love and patience. Highly recommend stopping by!
