  We visited Ralph cafe more than a store and loved it! Coffee is still not a strong as in the US but cakes, pastries, atmosphere and their bathroom 🔥👌🏼

  I was genuinely shocked by the level of service at the Zurich branch. I tried on a dress in a US size 2 in-store, but my preferred colour was unavailable, so I decided to order it online instead. The website displayed only German sizing, and I was unable to determine the correct US equivalent. I returned to the store specifically to ask for sizing guidance. Surprisingly, I had to speak with four different sales assistants before receiving a definitive answer regarding the size conversion. For a retailer selling premium-priced garments, I would expect basic product and sizing knowledge to be standard among sales staff. Being friendly and polite is appreciated, but it does not replace product expertise and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed, and I would not choose to shop at the Zurich branch again.

  Très jolie boutique, le café était très bon. Dommage qu’ils ne proposent pas de verre d’eau systématiquement avec. Prix élevé! Mais c’est Zurich !
