  If I could give a negative score, I would give 0! This is the most disappointing experience I have ever had with a luxury brand, at Dior Zurich. I bought two pairs of shoes on 22 August. The Dior salesperson did not tell me that they do not offer refunds if you change your mind, so I could only receive a store credit!!! The salesperson should communicate this much more clearly. The second pair of shoes I bought, I wore only ONCE, and the leather insole moved. CHF 1,000 for a pair of shoes that shows such poor quality after only one wear! 😡😡😡😡 I brought them back after ONE use, and another salesperson told me that she could not write “quality issue” when sending them to the Atelier. Is this Dior quality? From the shopping experience to the way the issue has been handled, I do not find anything luxurious about this experience. Definitely my last experience at this shop! You can see the shoes yourself in the pictures: is this Dior quality? 😓😓😓😓 Very disappointed. 😓😓😓 A very, very bad experience, both with the service at this boutique and with the product quality. 🙁🙁🙁

  If I could give zero stars, I would 😡😡😡😡. This has been by far my most disappointing experience with a luxury brand. On 22 August, I purchased two pairs of shoes from Dior Zurich. At the time of purchase, I was not clearly informed that Dior Suisse does not offer refunds in case of a change of mind and that I would only be offered store credit. For a luxury shopping experience, I would expect such an important condition to be communicated clearly before the purchase. Unfortunately, the experience became even more disappointing with the second pair, which cost approximately CHF 1,000. After being worn only once under normal conditions, the leather insole shifted significantly from its original position. I returned the shoes to Dior Zurich after this single wear. I was informed that the boutique could not classify the problem as a “quality issue” before assessment by the Atelier. While I understand that the final technical assessment may need to be performed by the appropriate department, it is extremely disappointing to encounter such a significant issue after just one wear on a pair of shoes at this price point. The photographs speak for themselves. Luxury is not simply a name or a price tag. It is also product quality, transparency at the time of purchase and the way a client is treated when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, my experience with Dior Zurich has fallen far below the standard I expected from the House 😓😓☹️☹️☹️☹️. I have now submitted the shoes for assessment and will update this review once Dior has provided its final response. At this stage, both the shopping experience and the product quality have been deeply disappointing.

  Always have to wait for help, the person working in the store helped some other person while organizing shoes for me. Had to wait 45 min to pay.. never gonna buy anything here again

  I had a wonderful shopping experience with Yasser Osman! I’m already looking forward to returning to Dior Zurich and will happily recommend him to other Portuguese speaking clients/ friends
