  One of the worst shop I have ever been for the last years Very slow service, took over an hour and a half to find one bag forgot to unplug the security alarm They changed their minds about another bag's availability three times, and then came up with the idea that it was reserved for a month, which is really funny.

  My experience at Chanel Zurich was excellent. I enjoyed browsing the store; the saleing assistint was so kind and very helpful, her name is ASTRID STADTMANN she gives me choices that suited my taste and needs. We also looked at the jewelry section, and she gave me an overview of the displayed pieces and their history. I was delighted with my visit and happy with my purchases.

  I had a really great experience at the Chanel boutique. Vino was very friendly, professional, and helpful. He took the time to explain how to take care of my new bag and shared very useful advice. I was honestly impressed by the service. Compared with some experiences I’ve had in other countries, where the staff could feel distant or arrogant, Vino was completely different. He made me feel welcome and comfortable from the beginning.

  We went to this Chanel boutique in Zurich and Sandra helped us find the perfect watch. She went above and beyond for us. She even got us an umbrella when it started to rain. She was the nicest salesperson we have ever met! I’d highly recommend coming here and specifically seeing Sandra for any of your Chanel Jewelry needs. She was amazing! So sweet!

  Great experience at the new Chanel boutique in Bahnhofstrasse! 3 floors exquisitely decorated, especially the pret a porter section on the 3rd floor is very refined. Anka was very nice and helpful showed us around and let us discover some of the latest masterpieces of the maison!
