  I had such a great experience at the Balenciaga store on Bahnhofstrasse in Zurich. I brought in my 18-year-old Balenciaga bag to see if it could be restored or refreshed, and from the very first visit the team was incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. They checked all possible options and kept me updated throughout the process. Unfortunately, nothing could be done for the bag, which was absolutely fine, but the service itself was honestly outstanding. I picked it up today and once again felt genuinely welcomed, heard and looked after. Super friendly team, great vibe and exceptional customer service. I honestly left wanting to buy half the store just because the whole experience was so lovely. Thank you!

  Immer wieder ein wunderbares Erlebnis. Ganz gleich, ob man perfekt gestylt oder im entspannten Homeoffice-Look erscheint – man wird immer herzlich empfangen und erstklassig beraten, unabhängig davon, wie viel man ausgeben möchte. Die Beratung ist stets exzellent. Marko hat ein aussergewöhnlich gutes Auge für Details und trifft meinen Stil oft (nein, eigentlich immer…) besser als ich selbst. Gleichzeitig schafft er es, jeden Besuch als ein entspanntes Erlebnis zu gestalten: Man hat Zeit, Stücke zu entdecken, anzuprobieren und sich in neuen Stilrichtungen wiederzufinden. Für mich einfach rundum perfekt.

  Ein außergewöhnliches Einkaufserlebnis. Der Balenciaga Store überzeugt nicht nur durch sein ikonisches Design und die kuratierte Auswahl, sondern vor allem durch den exzellenten Service. Marko ist ein wahrer Curator – mit einem beeindruckenden Gespür für Stil, Details und Persönlichkeit. Keine klassische Beratung, sondern ein durchdachtes, fast museales Erlebnis, bei dem jedes Piece bewusst präsentiert wurde. Man fühlt sich verstanden, ohne dass es aufdringlich wirkt. Ein wahrer Moment in der sonst so schnelllebigen Zeit.

  i looked not stylish and unable to afford anything but the employees still treated me the same as everyone else. there was also an event where i was able to get a nice drink for free. very kind staff.

  You can most expensive shopping place but i think you don’t have enough money for sharing free internet for people who sit in outside.
