Trotz kurzer Tragezeit wurde kein Entgegenkommen gezeigt, was ich als sehr wenig kundenfreundlich empfinde. Gerade von einer Luxusmarke hätte ich einen deutlich besseren Service und mehr Kulanz erwartet. Schade – unter diesen Umständen verzichte ich künftig auf weitere Einkäufe bei Tod’s.

The lady who served me was competent, very friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. Highly recommendable store for men’s and women’s leather fashion. Will be back soon.
