  I payed a visit at Bucherer Zermatt back in March and while the boutique itself is beautiful, I felt that the service experience could be improved. Initially, I felt treated differently until the staff noticed the watch I was wearing. Luxury service should be consistent for every customer, regardless of first impressions or appearance. A professional and welcoming attitude from the beginning would leave a much better impression. I hope the team reflects on this, as no one should be judged at first glance.

  We had a really good experience here! Even though we did not purchase anything during our visit, Senija was still very kind, patient, and happy to answer all of our questions about the watches. Her explanations were clearly and made the whole visit feel relaxed and enjoyable. Her professionalism and warm attitude really impressed us. We were visiting Zermatt as tourists, and this experience became a very nice part of our trip. Thank you, Senija, for making us feel so welcome :)
