  We visited Bucherer in Zermatt while on our honeymoon, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Hanny took great care of us — warm, attentive, and genuinely excited to help us celebrate the occasion. She made the whole visit feel personal, and it's a memory we won't forget. Highly recommend asking for Hanny if you're visiting this boutique — wonderful service all around.

  I appreciate the hospitality from the staff. I came in to look at the available models and learn more about swiss watches. The staff taught me a few things and let me try a couple of watches. I enjoyed the experience and geeked out a few times. If I could afford a watch, I would buy from them in the future.

  My wife and I visited the Rolex Boutique in Zermatt while on our honeymoon, and it became one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. From the moment we walked in, Sofia made us feel genuinely welcome. She was warm, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. I had been hoping to purchase a Rolex for a long time, so I was absolutely amazed to find the exact Datejust I was looking for available in the boutique! Sofia made the entire experience feel incredibly special, and her genuine excitement for us made the moment even more memorable. Purchasing this watch will always remind us of our honeymoon in Zermatt, and we’re so grateful to Sofia for making it such a wonderful experience!

  I went to the store on 18th July around 5:30 PM and it was worst experience I had with the client advisor. My intention was clear on buying a piece. Being a Buchere member with my last week purchase in St Mortiz, the advisor ( shorter one) was full of arrogance, and unprofessional. His responses; “ we’re different and not St Mortiz. “You can wear the watch but not for sale”. Not sure why do they display when not for sale. Other store, whatever you see is available for you to buy. Don’t go if you want a watch as they don’t treat you well and they have 4-5 pieces only and rest they will do a favour by allowing you to wear
