  I had a great experience during my visit to this store and wanted to specifically recognize Maria for her exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the products, and make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. What impressed me most was how genuine and attentive she was throughout the entire interaction. This is one of the very few places that I genuinely felt welcomed in during my time in Lucerne. It's not often that you come across someone who is both highly knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about helping customers. Maria made the experience memorable, and her positive attitude left a lasting impression. If I ever return to Lucerne, this is without a doubt a store I will go back to visit. Thank you, Maria, for going above and beyond and helping me find my jacket. You are a fantastic representative of the brand, and I truly appreciate all of your help.
