  This was a different experience than our visit to Bucherer Lucerne. We had reserved a watch at the Geneva location, but I do not believe this was communicated to the retail staff. When they eventually found the watch, the purchase seemed more like a transaction rather than an experience. The Lucerne location allowed is to browse and try the watch on for a bit to ensure we were certain. They had travel boxes and token gifts of appreciation. We are not sure if it was the staff or the store's policy, but we recommend that all Bucherer stores be consistent.

  If you are looking for knowledgeable people to learn more about Swiss watches/watchmaking you should stop by Bucherer in Geneva. The client advisor Nils has more knowledge about watches than any other person I have talked to! Nils taught my wife and I a watchmaking atelier and let me tell you, it was the best part of our stay in Geneva. We also got to see and try on some pretty amazing pieces. If you are looking for watches this is THE spot.

  I had a truly wonderful experience at the Rolex boutique at Bucherer in Geneva. The sales representative GINGA ❤️ who assisted me was absolutely exceptional—warm, welcoming, professional, and incredibly patient throughout my visit. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions with genuine care, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. What stood out most was her warmth and hospitality; from the moment I walked in, she made me feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. It’s rare to come across someone who combines excellent product knowledge with such patience and a genuinely warm approach. She made my visit to Rolex at Bucherer Geneva a truly memorable experience and represented both Rolex and Bucherer beautifully. Thank you for the exceptional service and wonderful hospitality. I look forward to visiting again!

  Par où commencer… ou plutôt, par où arrêter cette mascarade ? Je suis sur liste de souhait depuis 2020 pour une Rolex GMT-Master II. Nous sommes en 2026. Six ans. Plus de 2 000 jours d’attente pour une montre. Le plus incroyable, c’est qu’on m’a même redirigé vers d’autres modèles de la gamme, en me garantissant que l’attente serait plus courte. J’ai fait confiance… et aujourd’hui, toujours rien. Je comprends que la demande soit énorme, mais six ans d’attente sans véritable visibilité, ce n’est plus du luxe, c’est du mépris du client. On finit forcément par se demander si la véritable liste de souhait n’est pas celle des clients qui n’ont pas encore suffisamment dépensé pour passer devant les autres. Une montre peut être exceptionnelle, mais aucune Rolex ne devrait donner à un client le sentiment d’être ignoré pendant six ans. Aujourd’hui, ce n’est plus de l’impatience. C’est de la déception, de l’écœurement et surtout le regret d’avoir accordé autant de confiance.
