- MMMeiqlMay 4, 20262.0Die Registrierung meiner Uhren bei Vacheron Constantin war leider eine äusserst frustrierende Erfahrung. Der gesamte Prozess wirkt unnötig intransparent aufgebaut. Es ist nicht intuitiv ersichtlich, wo und wie die Registrierung korrekt durchgeführt werden soll. Für eine Marke in diesem Preissegment und mit diesem Anspruch ist das schlicht nicht akzeptabel. Man erwartet hier einen reibungslosen, professionellen und kundenorientierten Ablauf und wenn man es dann gefunden hat - funktioniert es nicht wegen irgendwelchen Wartungsarbeiten! Insgesamt hinterlässt dieser Prozess einen sehr negativen Eindruck und steht in starkem Kontrast zur sonstigen Wahrnehmung der Marke.

We got a fabulous, kind, warm and professional welcome from the local team that got support from the German team (Munich) as well. The tour was led by the local sales manager and they all shared their passion. I definetly recommend this Maison. Thanks.
