They were also very well trained brand ambassadors to represent Vacheron and its novelties. I wish Vacheron never falls into the game of scarcity as AP or Patek, I love V-C because it is there for every enthusiast, anytime. Please speed up for deliveries of cardinal-points series, you guys! We do not want to hear about wait lists with Vacheron watches. You're better than the two.... :)

- MMMeiqlMay 4, 20262.0Die Registrierung meiner Uhren bei Vacheron Constantin war leider eine äusserst frustrierende Erfahrung. Der gesamte Prozess wirkt unnötig intransparent aufgebaut. Es ist nicht intuitiv ersichtlich, wo und wie die Registrierung korrekt durchgeführt werden soll. Für eine Marke in diesem Preissegment und mit diesem Anspruch ist das schlicht nicht akzeptabel. Man erwartet hier einen reibungslosen, professionellen und kundenorientierten Ablauf und wenn man es dann gefunden hat - funktioniert es nicht wegen irgendwelchen Wartungsarbeiten! Insgesamt hinterlässt dieser Prozess einen sehr negativen Eindruck und steht in starkem Kontrast zur sonstigen Wahrnehmung der Marke.
