Maintenant on me refuse le remboursement car le transporteur confirme que le colis est livré et avec un code pin que j’ai jamais reçu , dans quelle adresse ? Je ne sais pas .

J’ai vu le personnel accueillir, conseiller et encaisser d’autres clients, mais personne ne m’a adressé la parole ni proposé son aide. J’attendais simplement qu’on me montre des boucles d’oreilles que je voulais acheter. Je suis finalement repartie sans rien acheter et j’ai trouvé mon cadeau ailleurs. Je n’y remettrai plus les pieds.
