  Unfortunately, my experience at the Chanel boutique in Geneva was very disappointing. The customer service was not what I expected from a luxury brand. Messages were ignored, communication with the sales advisors was unprofessional, and their attitude often felt rude and arrogant. A luxury boutique should make every client feel welcome and valued. Sadly, that was not my experience. I cannot recommend this boutique if you expect respectful service and a pleasant shopping experience.

  Had the worst experience ever in this particular boutique.I have been to so many luxury boutiques around the world including Chanel's.But I have to say this experienced changed the way I feel about this brand. So I was looking for a Chanel 25 bag in pink or white from Mathew Blazy collection.I went inside the store and very nicely ask a lady if they have any of it. I specified the size and the Color. Firstly she was cold and rude.Then she is like we do not have the bag.And started to open cup boards and said we do not hide if we have it. And then I am just surfing around in disappointment , and what I see is another customer representative of store taking the exact same bag to another lady that I have been asking for.And my face falls off and I ask the lady again , didn't you say you don't have it? And she is like it must be reserved for her.And I am like what does that mean? Chanel doesn't take reservations.And she is like no we have special clients.I felt utterly humiliated. So the next day I go to another Chanel boutique it's in Bongenie , and they tell me that there is nothing like reservations.Nor can we refuse a purchase like that.I was so appalled and so I again went to this particular boutique.And today I met another representative of the same very boutique and she totally denied everything.She said we do not do reservations we do not do partial clients, and I was even more appalled that why are they all so disconnected on their terms.This place felt more like an unsophisticated thrift market that a Chanel boutique. Totally disappointing experience.They had the bag but they refused it and then flaunted in front of me and gave to someone else.Cheap store tactic favouring partial clients.

  Très déçu de ma visite. Ayant vérifié la disponibilité d'un modèle précis en amont, je me suis retrouvé sur place face à d'autres chaussures que l'on tentait de me vendre avec insistance et d’une inélégance incroyable, avant d'apprendre que le modèle souhaité était finalement réservé. Aucune solution proposée. Pour une maison de ce standing, on est en droit d'attendre mieux. D'autant que le service au Chanel Bongenie était, lui, à la hauteur.

  Passons les augmentations délirantes de yo ne sont pas du fait du staff local. La queue persistante montre surtout, et avant tout, une organisation catastrophique
