  It took them ages to understand that I wan to get rid of my old surname which was an addition to my maiden surname and tax free process took so long. Although I warned at the beginning that my name needs to updates together with with my country of residance, my words were not taken in to attention.

  Un grand merci à Irina qui s’occupe toujours de moi avec beaucoup d’attention et de gentillesse. C’est un véritable plaisir de la retrouver à chacune de mes visites. Toujours souriante, disponible et d’un grand professionnalisme, elle sait parfaitement comprendre mes envies et répondre à mes attentes.   To Chanel Staff: You are another level of Humans. Shame on you. To the Chanel staff at the Door on the 25 of Sept: May you be treated the same way you treat people. To non-white clients: Avoid this store as they only accommodate certain type of people.

  Unfortunately, my experience at the Chanel boutique in Geneva was very disappointing. The customer service was not what I expected from a luxury brand. Messages were ignored, communication with the sales advisors was unprofessional, and their attitude often felt rude and arrogant. A luxury boutique should make every client feel welcome and valued. Sadly, that was not my experience. I cannot recommend this boutique if you expect respectful service and a pleasant shopping experience.
