Je suis allée à la boutique à Genève pour une jolie père de lunettes que j'ai acheté à Istanbul, la petite fantaisie dessus commence à ce décoller, la vendeuse m'a fait attendre un moment avant de s'occuper de moi, je ne sais pourquoi! Et quand enfin elle vient me voir j'explique la situation, elle ne prend même pas la peine de voir mes lunettes et elle me dirige directement vers visilab pourtant ce n'est pas un problème de verre au autre c'est un problème de fantaisie je ne vois pas pourquoi je les amène chez un opticien, j'ai réexpliquer mais elle me coupe la parole en faisant signe de la main " on ne prend pas de réparation "
Voilà comment une boutique de luxe traite ses clients, pour moi jamais j'achèterai de cette marque.
