- MMMadi MeierJun 16, 20251.0Ich war heute im Laden, um mir die Neuheiten anzusehen. Ich wurde von einer jungen französischen Verkäuferin sehr schlecht empfangen: arrogant, aggressiv und inkompetent. Ich bin seit 20 Jahren Kundin im Max Mara Store, und es ist inakzeptabel, dass ein solcher Laden Verkäuferinnen auf so niedrigem Niveau beschäftigt. Eine echte Katastrophe! Was für eine Schande! Und es ist schade, dass sie kein gutes Personal einstellen konnten. Das ist mein letzter Besuch! Ich rate keinem Kunden ab, diesen Laden überhaupt zu betreten.

It was reserved on my name, phone number, and double confirmed by phone. We agreed that I come on 24.12 during working hours. As I live 3 hours far from Basel, I had to get up at 6:00, to come to Basel Max Mara by 11. First I was told that my coat is waiting for me, than , a few min later I was told that coat had been already sold to any person with my name who came from the same city, etc,. After such speech the Sellers just ignored me. Those Sellers have sick fantasy to make such a dirty tricks. I wasted time, money for train tickets and they spoiled my Christmas.
