  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful experience purchasing my Rolex here. Yun Chen and Ruth Joberg were both extremely professional, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Really appreciate their excellent service and warm hospitality. Highly recommended! ⌚️✨

  uch bin seit vielen jahren kunde bei bucherer interlaken. positive erfahrungen durfte ich mit herr amstutz, herr ban, frau grossenbacher erleben. heut wieder einmal mit herr ban telefoniert um mich über das puzzle modell zu erkundigen - wie immer top kompetente beratung und sehr angenehmer gesprächsverlauf! top service - vielen dank und weiter so ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

  I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a Rolex shop at the store in Interlaken. First, the shop itself felt disorganized and, in my opinion, did not have the atmosphere or presentation I would expect from a Rolex boutique. Unfortunately, the service was even worse. I approached one of the sales associates on the left side, said hello, and started asking whether they had a specific Rolex model available. Before I could even finish my sentence, she immediately replied that they did not have it and that they don’t sell watches directly, only through a waiting list. I understand that certain Rolex models are difficult to obtain and that waiting lists are part of the process. However, even when a particular model is unavailable, I would expect a salesperson to show some interest in the customer, explain the options, or perhaps offer to show other watches that are available. That has been my experience in other Rolex stores. I have visited more than 15 Rolex shops over the years and currently have three pieces, so I am very familiar with the level of service and customer experience I have received at other Rolex boutiques and authorized retailers. Unfortunately, my experience at the Interlaken store was completely different. Very disappointing service and, overall, a really poor experience for a Rolex customer

  My partner and I visited the store on Saturday. Eddie welcomed us and my partner purchased a Tudor watch. Eddie is a brilliant asset to the team. He was extremely knowledgeable and was very thorough with his explanation of everything. The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. We will definitely be returning in the near future to buy another watch from Eddie.

  I’ve been meaning to write this review since my visit to Bucherer Interlaken about two weeks ago, but I hadn’t had the chance until now. I really didn’t want to let more time pass without sharing what a great experience we had, especially thanks to Anna Bachelard. My wife was with me during the whole visit, and buying this very special watch was such an important moment for both of us. We were very lucky that Anna was the person who helped us. From the beginning she was kind, professional, patient and very helpful with every question I had. What made it even more special was how personal she made the experience feel. She even served us champagne so we could celebrate together, which was such a nice detail and something we will always remember. I feel extremely fortunate to have had the opportunity to purchase my first Rolex, and Anna’s help made the whole experience even better. She treated us so well from beginning to end, and I truly appreciate it. If you ever visit Bucherer Interlaken, I would definitely recommend asking for Anna Bachelard.
