  Me and my family visited this Rolex store for the second time. We booked an appointment with Ms. Orawan and we were so impressed that she still remembered us very well and knew exactly what we were looking for. This time I finally got the Rolex watch that I have been looking for a long time. She arranged the appointment that perfectly matched our travel plan Talking to her felt like talking to someone we have known for a long time. She made us feel so warm and comfortable the whole time. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made this a truly memorable experience.

  I had a great experience here. Ms. Orawan helped me and my family so much. She really listened and found exactly the piece I was looking for. What I liked most is she never pushed me. She just asked what I wanted, showed me a few pieces, and explained each one. I took my time and she was totally fine with that. When I finally decided, I had no doubt at all. One thing I will never forget — we came in when the store was about to close. But she never made us feel rushed or unwelcome. She still gave us her full attention and all the time we needed. That really meant a lot to me and my family. Buying a Rolex in Switzerland was already a dream for me. But she made it even more special. She also gave us a Bucherer souvenir — three Rolex spoons. Such a nice surprise for the whole family. She also explained the tax refund clearly step by step. Very helpful. I’ve been to many Rolex stores in Europe and Asia. Ms. Orawan is honestly the best SA I’ve ever met. If you come here, ask for her. You won’t regret it.
