I had to send my brand-new firearm in for repairs after only shooting it twenty-five times, and it ended up taking 16 days before it was even sent back. The frustrating part is that nothing seemed to happen until I called to ask about it. I had to reach out just to find out if it had even been shipped. When I called, I was told it would be sent out that same day as soon as I got off the phone. That didn’t happen. Then two days later, they called me and said they would send it out “that day” again. At that point, it just felt like I was being told whatever I wanted to hear rather than getting honest updates. Overall, really poor communication and follow-through. If you’re looking to buy a firearm or deal with repairs, I’d honestly recommend going somewhere else. Turners Outdoorsman would probably be a better option.

They don’t do a single thing and whenever I try to see a gun, they say in a second. 45 minutes later and I’m still not assisted in any way. Also I’m the only one standing there. It’s ridiculous. I only come here to check out a different variety of guns. The rest of the store, fabulous. It’s just the guys at the gun counter who would rather tap their finger on a computer for 45 minutes then help the guy in front of them
