- LLLenaJan 25, 20261.0The General Manager is very rude and unprofessional. She often addresses employee issues on the sales floor in front of customers instead of speaking privately. When mistakes are made, hours are cut rather than offering constructive feedback. She does not communicate respectfully and frequently uses a rude tone. Management needs serious improvement, as this creates a very negative work environment.
