    They were once the go to place then they fall off and were gross and bankrupt. Now theyre comming back up. Just need more modern and hip clothing. And they need to stay open later. Also not look so sad and dreary inside. But its alright. Not best jewelry selection.

    Pretty good just wish they had better signage so I knew I couldn’t do returns at the main huge cashier by the front of the store and had to go in the back because then I wouldn’t have waited for nothing with the people in front of me and then be so rushed to catch my bus. The returns girl was good at dealing with a rude and difficult customer. What would also be great would be if jcpenny as a company would just do free return by mail and also would just cancel orders when requested if they haven’t been processed yet, but that’s the corporations fault not this location. Just means the corporation wastes the employees and customers time doing all this
