The only people who ever touched it were the salesmen. Long story short she didn't want it. They said they would refund and take it back. When I got there for my appointment they refused. We came back recently to repair the setting and they are still so kind and personable.

I was greeted right away by Iris when I walked in, which her energy from the beginning was warm and welcoming. She cleaned my pendant free of charge and while I was waiting I wanted to inquire about a men wedding band as mine was tarnished because of the metal it was. While in that conversation, I also wanted to take a look at a new wedding ring for my wife. Iris told me about the great promotion they had and I got on the phone to contact my wife who Iris also talked to as well and was also warm and welcoming towards her. We setup an appointment for later that day to see the rings and she helped my wife decide on what shape diamond we wanted and the setting too. We spent 2 hours in the shop but it felt like less with the personality Iris had. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience shopping for my wife’s new ring. If you go to anyone in the shop make it a mission to get the Iris experience. I’ll be sure to come back to see her every time.
